My name is Lars Keil. I have coached lacrosse for over 20 years, both men's and women's, in NCAA Division I, II, III, and professionally in the MLL.

I have been stringing lacrosse sticks for 20 years. I have strung for youth and high school players, multiple collegiate all americans in all divisions, Tewaaraton nominees, finalists, and winners, and professional indoor and outdoor players, multiple Division 1 National Champions and MLL & PLL Champions.

I could not recommend using an additional runner between the armor mesh and the plastic any higher. It gives you MUCH greater control over the shape of the pocket. Shape dictates release. #teamunfairadvantage #soothersmaythrow
